Our Story
For three generations, the women in our family have been crafting Cuban desserts with love and tradition. What began in abuela's kitchen more than 20 years ago has become a family legacy-recipes passed down from mother to daughter, always filled with the sweet flavors of home.
Mercy, a beloved Cuban nickname for Mercedes, ties us together. Grandma, Mom, and daughter proudly carry the same name: Mercedes. It is more than just a name to us; it is a symbol of love, resilience, and heritage passed down through the years.
After moving to the USA, we knew we wanted to share more than desserts. We wanted to share our culture, our roots, and the joy of gathering around something homemade and heartfelt. Every treat we create carries the spirit of Cuba, blended with the dream of building something new here.
